Agentry is a real estate agent matchmaking platform based in California operating at agentryapp.com. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and do not provide real estate, legal, or financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Agentry. Agents must hold a valid California real estate license. Agentry reserves the right to verify license information and terminate accounts that provide false information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts.
Agentry provides compatibility-based match recommendations. These are for informational purposes only. Agentry does not guarantee the quality or suitability of any agent and is not responsible for the outcome of any real estate transaction. Clients are responsible for their own due diligence.
Agents agree to the following: A $1.00 card verification hold will be placed on your payment method upon registration and released without charge. An annual fee of $299 will be charged following your first closing with a client matched through Agentry. You must maintain a valid real estate license and represent clients professionally in accordance with California law.
Clients use Agentry free of charge. Match results are recommendations only. Agentry does not guarantee agent availability or suitability. You are under no obligation to work with any agent presented to you.
You agree not to use Agentry for unlawful activity, submit false information, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or interfere with platform operations. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
All content on Agentry including the matching algorithm, quiz questions, design, and branding is the property of Agentry and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
Agentry is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of match recommendations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Agentry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Agentry after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
